Agreement to Terms
All bookings are subject to availability. A date is only secured once a formal deposit has been received and confirmed by Tipsy Kisses.
Total balance payments must be settled in full at least 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your booking and deposit.
We strictly adhere to local licensing laws. We will not serve alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age or to anyone who appears excessively intoxicated. Valid ID may be requested at any time.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will be charged at 100% of the total quoted price.
The client is responsible for any damage to our mobile bar equipment caused by guests. Tipsy Kisses holds no liability for venue-related restrictions that prevent service.
Service is dependent on safe access to the venue. We reserve the right to cease service if the environment becomes unsafe for our staff.
